🌞 Good Morning, and Welcome to Day 3 of Nourishing November! 🌞


As we move into Day 3, we’re going to shift our focus inward and practice gratitude for our own strengths and qualities. Today, let’s take a moment to recognize and appreciate the incredible resilience and effort we put into our lives each day. This is a chance to honor who we are and the ways we show up for ourselves.


Start your day with this affirmation:


"I am grateful for the strength I show each day." 🌿


Take a deep breath, and let this affirmation settle within you. Think of all the moments you’ve been strong, whether it was handling a challenge, making time for self-care, or showing kindness to someone else. We often move through these moments without fully acknowledging them, but today, let’s bring our attention to these acts of strength and resilience and recognize them as sources of gratitude.


🌸 Today’s Activity: Write a Gratitude Letter to Yourself


Today, we’re going to write a gratitude letter to ourselves. Take a few minutes to sit down with pen and paper, or even type it out, and write yourself a note of appreciation. In this letter, recognize the strengths, qualities, and efforts that make you who you are.


What are you proud of? What qualities do you admire in yourself? Maybe it’s your kindness, resilience, sense of humor, or even a recent accomplishment. This letter doesn’t need to be long; it’s simply a way to bring your attention to the strengths that sometimes go unnoticed. Be as gentle and kind with yourself as you would be with a friend. Today is about acknowledging all the wonderful qualities that make you, you.


Once you’re done, take a moment to read the letter back to yourself. Let the words remind you of all the reasons to be grateful for who you are and the journey you’re on. 🌱
